Jobs and Internships

Currently there are no vacancies at Berlin Center for International Peace Operations (ZIF) gGmbH.

At ZIF, there is much to learn, but we also learn a great deal from our interns. And above all, there is a lot to do!

We offer internships in our four different fields of work: Analysis, Human Resources, International Capacity Development and Training.

Our internships are exclusively full-time internships and have a duration of three months, with each internship beginning at the start of a quarter (01 January, 01 April, 01 July and 01 October).
Interns receive a compensation of 789,75 Euros per month.

Please note the following application deadlines:

• The application deadline for the 1st and 2nd quarters ends on 01 October of the previous year.
• The application deadline for the 3rd and 4th quarters ends on 01 April of the current year.

Requirements

• you must be enrolled as a full-time student for the duration of the internship;
• be a higher semester in a Bachelor's programme or participate in an ongoing Master's pro-gramme;
• have in-depth knowledge of ZIF specific topics;
• have good written and oral communication skills;
• demonstrate high degree of commitment and dedication;
• possess excellent German and good English skills; and
• be confident in using all standard PC programmes.
